If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase please review our policy on return, exchange, cancellation, and refund.
Return, Refunds and Order Cancellation
We do not allow returns, refunds and cancellations of orders.
Exchange of Products
We only allow exchanging or replacement of products if:
- You received the wrong items.
- The reason for the exchange concerns the quality of the products.
- The products are unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- The products were purchased in the last 7 days.
To be eligible for replacement, the item must be sent back to us at the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the products to us for replacement.
Once we receive the products, we will inspect them and notify you of our receipt and the status of your request for a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. If your request for replacement is approved, we will initiate the shipping of the replacement products to you.
